Second pitch of the game she hit Corydon’s lead-off square in the shoulder and put her aboard. Second batter was a 3-2 walk. We know both of those girls well from travel ball. Two kids you DO NOT want to put on base. But Em settled in to get out of the inning. She warmed up but then we had a rain/lightening delay and started later than anticipated.
