Wozack is off from work. Every time I text her during the day to see what she’s up to, it’s the same answer, baking. Last week it was carrot cake, today cinnamon rolls. It would just be rude to not eat them😁

I buy bags of chips for my wife. I very seldom take any. Once you start eating them it’s hard to stop.

When and if I buy I get the boxes that contain many small bags.  It's much easier to have one serving of chips than to pull your hand out of the big bag.

Today I had a Pepsi.

There has been a can of Coke in our fridge for months. The one pizza place has a special four pieces of pizza and a soft drink for $3.50. I usually take the soft drink back to the spa room for the grandkids or whoever but this somehow got stuck in the kitchen. It was in my way today so I drank it. It tasted like drinking syrup.

When I work myself into a good stress, sometimes I get a headache which then generates a queasy stomach.

I did that to myself today, worrying about going to a doctor's office for my clogged sinus and possible recommendations to see a sinus specialist, etc. while medical offices are the worst place to be now.

When I returned home with strong antibiotics and hope, the headache and queasiness slowly went away.

So I started to get hungry around 7 pm, but didn't want to eat too much.  Eating packaged food is one way I keep myself from eating too much.

I still had 6 of the 8 quarter-pound frozen cheeseburgers from Costco, so I decided on one of them (490 Cal.) with a slice of sweet onion, ketchup and mustard plus some Ritz sour cream and onion crackers.  I grabbed another snack later of butter pretzel sticks and peanuts but still didn't strongly overdo my Calories for the day.

These are actually very good.  A 3 minute defrost in microwave then 65 seconds on high.  Sesame seed bun, 1/4 lb burger, cheese.  Add your extras.

Don't eat the whole bag in two days.

My plan would be a bag of each brand and/or flavor combination.  Then, while the equivalent of a bag every couple days, it would really just be a handful from each, so the bags would last longer.
