Square Wheels Posted March 31, 2020 Share #2 Posted March 31, 2020 I ate a bag of jelly beans over the weekend at work. Today I had a Pepsi. The end is near.
Zephyr Posted March 31, 2020 Share #3 Posted March 31, 2020 I bought chips for the first time in ages. They are already gone.
BuffJim Posted March 31, 2020 Share #4 Posted March 31, 2020 Me too. But no sweets due to lent. Otherwise I’d be bingeing on cake and pies.

We usually only buy them around Christmas or to put out when someone is over. We felt we needed a treat. Now I want more
Wilbur ★ Posted March 31, 2020 Share #7 Posted March 31, 2020 I had a nice glass of Oban 14yo last night. Does that count?
Guest Posted March 31, 2020 Share #8 Posted March 31, 2020 Wozack is off from work. Every time I text her during the day to see what she’s up to, it’s the same answer, baking. Last week it was carrot cake, today cinnamon rolls. It would just be rude to not eat them😁 1
maddmaxx ★ Posted March 31, 2020 Share #9 Posted March 31, 2020 And all I had was warm brownies with ice cream on top. Suffering like this is good for the soul.

When and if I buy I get the boxes that contain many small bags. It's much easier to have one serving of chips than to pull your hand out of the big bag.

The one pizza place has a special four pieces of pizza and a soft drink for $3.50. I usually take the soft drink back to the spa room for the grandkids or whoever but this somehow got stuck in the kitchen. It was in my way today so I drank it. It tasted like drinking syrup.
MickinMD ★ Posted March 31, 2020 Share #14 Posted March 31, 2020 When I work myself into a good stress, sometimes I get a headache which then generates a queasy stomach. I did that to myself today, worrying about going to a doctor's office for my clogged sinus and possible recommendations to see a sinus specialist, etc. while medical offices are the worst place to be now. When I returned home with strong antibiotics and hope, the headache and queasiness slowly went away. So I started to get hungry around 7 pm, but didn't want to eat too much. Eating packaged food is one way I keep myself from eating too much. I still had 6 of the 8 quarter-pound frozen cheeseburgers from Costco, so I decided on one of them (490 Cal.) with a slice of sweet onion, ketchup and mustard plus some Ritz sour cream and onion crackers. I grabbed another snack later of butter pretzel sticks and peanuts but still didn't strongly overdo my Calories for the day. These are actually very good. A 3 minute defrost in microwave then 65 seconds on high. Sesame seed bun, 1/4 lb burger, cheese. Add your extras.
Dottleshead ★ Posted March 31, 2020 Share #15 Posted March 31, 2020 I just woke up at 4:30 a.m. and got a can of sparkling water. But I'm starting to think about food.

Razors Edge ★ Posted March 31, 2020 Share #18 Posted March 31, 2020 Just now, Square Wheels said: Don't eat the whole bag in two days. My plan would be a bag of each brand and/or flavor combination. Then, while the equivalent of a bag every couple days, it would really just be a handful from each, so the bags would last longer.
