I burnt out on about 6 years ago from having it too much. Americano's just don't hear about shakshuka too much, but it really can be awesome! I would seek some out from a reputable establishment at your earliest convenience, though. Hard to disagree, but I definitely can keep a spot open for both. As was pointed out, you don't want to burn yourself out on a good thing, so by keeping both in the rotation, you'll stay fresh. We get a shakshuka recipe every so often from Blue Apron. We also tend to re-make some of the ones we have gotten in the past. Very tasty.
