Airehead Posted October 21, 2017 Author Share #2 Posted October 21, 2017 Also working on a triple batch of oatmeal zucchini coconut chocolate chip cookies for Mr. Aire's lunches. Sadly, this is likely the end of the zucchini.
groupw Posted October 21, 2017 Share #3 Posted October 21, 2017 A friend posted a photo of herself on FB with the first zucchini from her garden. I told her the first few are great! Then you will offer some to your friends. Within a month, you will be dropping bags of them on neighbors doorsteps, ringing the doorbell and running off laughing maniacally. A month later she sent me a message telling me how eerily close to true that became!

Maybe I'll stop by tomorrow.
ChrisL Posted October 21, 2017 Share #5 Posted October 21, 2017 OK you tofu haters are going to love my dinner tonight. I've got some tofu that I cook in a miso soup mix to flavor it. Served with baby bok choy, cabbage, carrots, onion, celery in a ginger soy stir fry. It's going to be awesome! 3

maddmaxx Posted October 21, 2017 Share #8 Posted October 21, 2017 It was warm enough here to do a summer salad. A bit of salami, cheese, green olives, black olives, tomatoes, onion, pasta with a splash of oil and some parmesan cheese served cold.
