Airehead Posted September 11, 2022 Share #1 Posted September 11, 2022 Please show me a picture of the container your milk comes in. I have been noticing the variance in cooking videos.

KrAzY Posted September 11, 2022 Share #3 Posted September 11, 2022 Are the videos always using the same brand of milk? Because I know a lot of companies are local to the areas they sell to, and depending of they are national they could use different packaging.
Tizeye Posted September 11, 2022 Share #4 Posted September 11, 2022 The gollons I get from Aldi and WalMart are the traditional plastic gallon jug. Costco and Sams may have a flat top, or slightly raised to accommodate crate stacking in shipping and the warehouse. One of the, I forget which used a traditional looking with the raised spout but the raised the bottom to accommodate the raised spout. I didn't like those as looked like had 1/4 gallon was just about empty due to that raised bottom.
Rattlecan ★ Posted September 11, 2022 Share #5 Posted September 11, 2022 Our milk comes in bags. It even has a picture of a bicycle.
Airehead Posted September 11, 2022 Author Share #6 Posted September 11, 2022 Glen and Jules show milk in a bag and it seems like they have a pitcher the bag fits in.
Wilbur ★ Posted September 11, 2022 Share #7 Posted September 11, 2022 We don't do bags because we only have one milk drinker in the house.

Randomguy Posted September 11, 2022 Share #9 Posted September 11, 2022 I only have powdered milk right now. It is handy to have for recipes and I don't have to make a panic run to the LGS if I am cooking and have the need for it.

Kirby Posted September 12, 2022 Share #21 Posted September 12, 2022 I don't have any milk at the moment, but I get unsweetened almond milk (vanilla) in the 2 quart waxy cardboard container with a screw on spout on the side.
