What is for dinner.

Recommended Posts

I just made cabbage and then shredded in a couple beers and carrots. Sautéed in olive oil. Piece of pork tenderloin is in the oven.

Today, a turkey breast.

Last night, spiraled zucchini, bite sized chicken chunks, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and spice to your liking with things like hot pepper flakes etc.

Stir fried cut asparagus, onions, peppers with eggs. Noodles on side.  Tomorrow will be a lazier dinner or he will prepare since I will be working late.

Today is Mrs. Furthers birthday.

She wanted Five Guys burger.

So that is what we had.   :slow-dance-smiley:

I have leftover chuck roast that I pressure cooked with mushroom & onion gravy.

I bought some "12 Grain Bread" that is dense - goes good with soup. etc. - and am going to shred some of the roast and some gravy on top of a couple pieces of that bread plus a couple veggies.

Yes, I wondered how @Airehead did that, exactly.

I seared tuna steaks and severed with edamame.

Nope. With a butter/soy dressing, some wasabi paste and a small bit of pickled ginger.

I made crock pot pork chops, smashed potatoes, and fresh steamed broccoli. I had it ready when WOLJ got home from her mom’s. It was her first day back to work. She didn’t try to eat anything. 😪
