Square Wheels Posted October 31, 2022 Share #1 Posted October 31, 2022 On how many trick or treaters we get on our (currently) dead end street, with almost no lights, in a new, unmarked development. We have at least 25 full size candy bars.
BuffJim Posted October 31, 2022 Share #2 Posted October 31, 2022 I’ve had about 20. About halfway through. Usually I get about 80 kids.

I suspect in about 5 or 10 years when our development is more complete, we'll get more.

Ralphie ★ Posted October 31, 2022 Share #10 Posted October 31, 2022 I can’t believe the variation. Last year we were buried in rug rats and this year we had just two groups!
Popular Post Square Wheels Posted October 31, 2022 Author Popular Post Share #11 Posted October 31, 2022 Just had 2, neighbors we already met. A young girl and her older brother. They took 4 or 5 each. 4

Further Posted October 31, 2022 Share #13 Posted October 31, 2022 None here I was out in the driveway for a bit and could hear kids down in the patch houses, we are about 75 yards up the highway and ain't nobody, nobody sane anyway, sending kids up that road in the dark.

groupw Posted November 1, 2022 Share #18 Posted November 1, 2022 We had no idea what to expect. We bought 3 bags of candy which at our old neighborhood would have got us through the last 3 non-pandemic years with candy to spare. It was gone in an hour! Next year we’ll triple up! Zephyr Posted November 1, 2022 Share #19 Posted November 1, 2022 The closest kid lives over 2 miles away and would have to come down an unlit gravel road and pass only 2 other houses to get to my daughter's house so we got exactly zero
Longjohn ★ Posted November 1, 2022 Share #20 Posted November 1, 2022 I don’t think the Amish celebrate trick or treat. If they did I’d be in trouble, I don’t have any candy.
