Hey that's the kind of PT my doctor said I would have. Mine wasn't like that at all and my doctor released me from all restrictions and said I didn't need anymore PT. I'm still not back in the groove swimming but I think I can struggle through a quarter mile for the mini-tri and make it up on the bike and run.
