Smudge, check your vision. The front and rear windows are solid. You’re seeing the rear window pillars through the glass. My opinion is that this was the prototype for the Porsche Panamera, or as I call it, the Porsche Camry.

Who knew.... Chevy had the idea for a sports sedan, and gave up on the idea.

The top of the front windshield frame is clumsy. Like someone wearing a cap too far back on their head. It throws off the lines for the rest of the car. 
It has potential, though.

This, I would like it a lot more if the roof came down on the windshield a bit

Check out a photo of a 1960 Chevy Impala. The front windshield is very similar.

It looks OK I guess... Hard to say now as I’d need to see it compared to other cars  of the era.  Was it really cutting edge or unique to other 1956 cars?

I think you can see how the styling was pretty radical for a 5 passenger car of it’s era.   Given these 3 images I like the concept least.

I owned a 62 vette.  There is a lot about this car that has that corvette feel.  I'd never seen it before but the genes are strong with this one.

For some reason it looks better here. We had a black 60 Impala when I was little. First car I remember.

Needs work.  Front is sexy.  Side view is clumsy.  Design is a bit confused.

Appears to be modeled after the 53 Hudson Hornet with the swoopy lines. Went out of business in 54 - acquired by AMC/Rambler who shifted to the edgy design by 56 before totally dropping the name. Perhaps that experience is why GM didn't pursuit.

Please stop that. There is only one windshield on a car. Everything else is a window.

Definitely cool looking.  I find it sad that so many concept and show cars weren't preserved for eternity.

Yeah, I can see some Aston Martin DB or Ferrari GT-esques familiarity.  Just "bigger" or longer.
