petitepedal Posted January 28 Share #157 Posted January 28 Had my first 1 hour session with the new guy..his approach is different..less intense but I was sweating and feeling it..he is big on core and balance.. Still a good 1 hour workout. Leaving a track in the mud is irresponsible stewardship, so we came home and swapped bikes and went on a cross ride of another 21. Hooks for bikes on the bottoms side. Also had a pork pie that HoSmudge didn't care for, so I threw out chunks of that for the fox or coyote that leaves footprints in there too.
