Popular Post Kzoo Posted January 20, 2022 Popular Post Share #1 Posted January 20, 2022 She came down with a headache and body aches yesterday. Temp check said 100.8. I went and got a couple test kits and she was positive. She looks and feels much better today. Her boss told her to start on Mucinex, Zinc and bone broth so back to the store I went. She pounded that last night and slept pretty well. She used peppermint oil last night for her headache and there was an immediate positive impact there. I'm laying low right now and expect symptoms in the next couple days - we'll see. She got this from one or more of several snotty nosed kids on her bus that tested positive. Her whole load of bus kids were put in timeout last night. No school for them for a while. 1 7
bikeman564™ Posted January 20, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 20, 2022 seems mild, lets hope it stays that way. Prayers & vibes sent. BCC uses oils. I tried it a couple times and it worked. I was surprised.

jsharr ★ Posted January 20, 2022 Share #6 Posted January 20, 2022 Hopefully this Omicron and is not serious. I had the bodyaches and chills for one day. Bad headaches and loss of appetite and got tired very easily. Mucinex, and staying on top of headache meds worked best for me. I ate/drank a lot of Campbells noodle soup and tried to stay hydrated. I also took Zinc and Vitamin C Will keep a good thought for WoKzoo and you.

Road Runner Posted January 20, 2022 Share #15 Posted January 20, 2022 Be vigilant and don't underestimate it. Any breathing problems, go directly to the hospital. Just be very cautious. This crap affects everyone differently.

She was my Great Aunt. She took me to my first minor league baseball game, the Springfield Redbirds. She taught me how to play catcher. She was a catcher for the Caterpillar Dieselettes. 25 seconds in, she is the catcher. She's in the IL Softball Hall of Fame. 2 2

12string Posted January 20, 2022 Share #22 Posted January 20, 2022 Praying it stays mild! I mean, gets better eventually, I wouldn't want her having perpetual body aches and fever. Jr. Wife's son had a fever yesterday, clearly wasn't feeling well. At home test says negative. She says he's doing better today.
